- Establish new long-term, comprehensive corporate partnerships
- Administer, nurture, and augment current industry partnerships
- Support close interactions with academic division leadership, faculty, research groups, and centers
- Establishes and facilitates communication pathways between the faculty and company
- Partners with the wider Vanderbilt University and Vanderbilt University Medical Center research ecosystem
- Works collaboratively across campus to leverage broader resources to maximize effectiveness of each industry partnership
